Today we had the Children's Christmas Party at Andrew's work followed by the Downtown Christmas Parade.
Before the parade, Santa took time out of his busy schedule to pop into the party to hand out some gifts. The kids were very pleased to see him. We then all bundled up and went out to watch the parade and to see him again. The parade seemed a lot longer this year with lots of bands, dance groups, floats and all the characters kids love. I have to say, it seemed a little long to me, well, to all the people around me, but a Starbucks pumpkin spiced latte half way through helped to keep the chill at bay. The main thing, Santa did finally arrive, which to me, after a two hour parade was a Christmas miracle.

Very nice pictures Jennifer. I have to ask is that Charlotte in Mickey Mouse's arms? She looks so small. Glad you enjoyed the day. Waiting for the jolly old man is always well worth it.
ReplyDeletegreat pics! love the close up of Harrison and that shot of Charlotte with Mickey + Minnie is one to treasure :)
